All fields need to be filled in, for the waiver to be accepted.
2. Fill out the PAR-Q form click here.
For your first class you will need:
Arrive about 15 minutes prior to class.
Clean pair of sneakers, as the floor is matted and everyone likes it clean.
Towel for sweat.
