Many attendees express that RiseFit program is one of the most challenging and empowering experiences of their lives.  It’s normal to get butterflies in the belly and feel anxious before taking the class. It’s your hour!  It is also your first victory, overcoming those feelings.

 It is best to arrive on time, about 10 min before the start of class, to settle in, catch up with your RiseFit friends, stretch or warm up.
