How would you feel if your body was running smoothly?

How much better your life would be if you felt great?

Do you believe you have the power to make improvements in how your body performs?

Everything has its purpose and is connected in someway.  It is easy for us to dismiss the importance when we don't see the direct connection but just like this picture shows when one wheel slows down everything will suffer.  Our Body being so amazing will for a while another another part pick up the slack but that part will pay the cost of over working and performing a duty it wasn't designed to perform as a result it will wear down faster.  The goal is to develop balance that sustains / promotes / encourages / enables  synergy.  When every cell is able to work optimally then we are fully healthy.

This truly is a great metaphor. Think of food as the raw materials used to build your body.  Stress, exercise, thoughts, all the things you do are signals instructing and creating a blue print for what type of a body to build.  During Sleep time is when your body shifts gears into high maintenance mode (repair what you broke so you can live your life and rebuild what no longer functions properly.  Water facilities ALL cellular functions.

“You are falling apart because the cells you are making are weaker than the cells they are replacing. Is this inevitable? Not at all. You just have to learn how to make better cells. Because if the three hundred billion cells that you make today are stronger and healthier than the cells they replace, you will, in a very real sense, grow younger. Do that consistently, day after day, and every aspect of who you are will improve, including not only your appearance but your biochemical makeup, strength, stamina, sex drive, memory, mood and attitude. This is now possible. It is not genes or luck -it’s a choice.”  Stephen Cherniske, M.S.

All these pieces working together creating a greater whole which exceeds the sum of its parts.  YOU are that WHOLENESS.

It is not about one being more important than others, that is a trap people get caught up in.  It's about synergy and enabling each to do their part.  These parts are listed in order of how  long can you live with out it?

(Air, water, sleep, posture, nutrition, exercise, detoxification, stress, relaxation, simplify)

It is normal and easy to take the little things for granted, how long can you last with out breathing?  How do believe your breath affects you?  How does your breath affect your mood, your muscles, ability to sleep, and so on.

Winning Strategy:  Only those who dive in and invest their time and effort into educating and applying will benefit.  This is powerful life changing material and the price is your willingness, effort and time to study then application to your life.  There is no skimming through it.  Pick a topic of interest and spend applying it over a course of the month.  Success is in your hands, own it.

This will help with the biggest obstacle everyone has.  It's a trick to get you going and later we will go over how to create a long term solution.

One of the challenges of human life is what's good for us in the long term often doesn't seem good for us right now. Dieting, for example, is not so much fun now, but good for the future; the same goes for saving money or submitting to preventive medical tests.
