FIRST TIME CLIENTS
First timers must arrive 10 minutes early. You'll get checked in and then your trainer will give you basic instructions. The check in and basic instructions are required before taking class.
WHAT TO WEAR
Rise is a 'clean' gym with matted floors for softer joint impact. You can wear clean sneakers (ones you've never worn outside), socks or go barefoot. Your choice. Other than sneakers, most people wear their most comfortable athletic apparel. You WILL sweat, so wear something breathable.
Class reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled class. Each class missed or not cancelled before the 24 hour period, will result in a lost class credit.
We'll hold your spot for up to 10 minutes after class start time. When late, we ask that you do 5 quick push ups before joining the class. We've all had to do them so it's never embarrassing. If you're lucky, another classmate will join you.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT
The minimum age requirement is 18. We work out the mind and body at Rise so language is sometimes obscene (for entertainment purposes of course). We occasionally offer kids classes for those under 18.
If a class is fully booked, you can be placed on a waitlist where you will be notified if a spot opens up. If you're local, you can always drop in to see if there were any last minute cancellations or no-shows.
