Step 2 set expectations

So let's go over the rules.  Your first class is like an interview, you are seeing if you like us and our way of training and the trainer will be seeing if you are, coachable, your level of commitment, your attitude, effort, intensity.  We want a win win relationship, we represent you and our members represent us and that is how we built our reputation.
