The training is just the beginning.
Everything has its purpose and is connected in someway. It is easy for us to dismiss the importance when we don't see the direct connection but just like this picture shows when one wheel slows down everything will suffer. Our Body being so amazing will for a while allow another system to pick up the slack but that system will pay the cost of overworking and performing a duty it wasn't designed to perform. As a result it will wear down faster. The goal is to develop balance that sustains / promotes / encourages / enables synergy. When every cell is able to work optimally then we are fully healthy.
All these pieces working together creating a greater whole which exceeds the sum of its parts. YOU are that WHOLENESS.
So what is health?
