It’s that time again. Richard’s Run.
We would love for you to join us for this fun family oriented event.
Event is this upcoming Sunday Oct 5th at 8am.
This Sunday class schedule: We will not have 7:45am class as we will be running Richard's Run. We will have class at 9:00am and 4:00pm.
We have 50 FREE Rise T shirts for the race. First come basis.
We look forward to seeing you there, you can run and you can cheer the runners on. We can all do better when someone is cheering us on.
Call to book a 15 minute to an hour long massage, with RiseFit Massage Therapist, George this Saturday 10/4, from 7am-10am. (Chair or Table massage)

Do not pace yourself in class. Continually go all out, then slow down to recover. Back and forth like that. Those who pace cease to earn results. Listen to the coaches, all their instructions are there for you to get the most out of your hour.
