Starting Monday, May 22nd Rise Fitness is introducing Golf Fitness! Regardless of your current fitness and skill level, this program is designed to help you maximize your performance potential, reduce chance of injury, and promote your overall health. Rise Fitness trainer, Brendan, has developed a program based on specifically designed workout routines and progressions. Workouts will focus on lower back/core strength essential to golf success and golf specific rotational power. Class size will be a maximum of five people in order to guarantee personalized attention. Program is proven to increase drive distance and stamina through 18 holes!
