Girl Empowerment Class: Is a non-sport specific ~ complete body work-out combining both strength training and cardio endurance appropriate for girls ages 13 to 17 of all fitness levels.  In addition the Girl Empowerment Class aims to reinforce positive and healthy body image and over all confidence through physical activity.  The class further promotes the value of teamwork, leadership skills, resilience, self-assurance and most importantly FUN!

Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday from 5:15pm to 6:00pm
