Think Positive Thoughts. When i did my leadership training last week and i wanted to quit, there were a few things that helped me to get through the toughest moments. One of them was a quote: "what I choose to focus my mind on is the most important variable in life". We choose our thoughts, we choose our mindset and that has more impact than we imagine. It not only affects our mood, and our daily performance but it also affects our hormones and even digestion. Stress comes from the way we choose to look at a situation and it is proven that stress kills. So be mindful of your thoughts, look for joy, be grateful!
