I know a lot of people that tell me they "can't." They can't write well. They can't get up earlier. They can't commit to exercise or study. And they're right. As long as they tell themselves "they can't," then they won't be able to achieve progress. That is a dream-killing mindset. On the other hand, the successful people I know have an "I Can" attitude.
Commit to banish "i can't" thinking from your life, embrace "how can i", dare to think, "what if". Yes it is not easy, which is the point, but it is doable.
