Welcome to our Holiday 30 day challenge! You can still join, write your name on the chalkboard, write a check and give it to Nancy. We all have something we can do, that will help you live a healthier life.
Some other suggestions for you to consider -
Get 7 or 8 hours of sleep
Drink more water
Meditate for 5 min (for much needed stress relief)
Plan your meals for the next day
One member suggest a gratitude journal
No snacking after dinner
Pick something you have been putting off doing and commit to getting it done, a doctor appointment as an example.
Congratulations to all those who have joined us, i know it will be super rewarding in the end. Make it public, tell your family, your friends what you are doing, so they can help you stay accountable and give you the encouragement when you need it.
